4. Be aware of check fraud: don't use or accept any checks.
5. Pay attention to landlords who do use Bidpay or Squaretrade.
6. Don't sign any contract with landlords who want to make use of online-escrow services.
7. If a landlord appears to be dubious or turns out to be a fraudster-please contact us immediately.
